    I love sweets but Wetzel pretzel and Auntie Anne's pretzels sugar cinnamon are so sugary. I tried the sugar cinnamon pretzel bites at Mr. Pretzels they were prefect not to sweet. We loved them.

    This place was at the Mall in Lewisville. As I stood in a line that moved SO slowly, I reviewed the menu and knew exactly what I wanted when it was my turn. I ordered a limeade. They did not have limeades even though it was on the menu and signs posted. Very disappointed. I ordered two pretzels and I love salted ones... mine had about 4 sprinkles of salt on it and tasted like it had been setting there for a few hours.

    I won't stop here again - it was not worth it at all.

    Horrible service, the customer in front of me done with his order for sure. The cashier just kept chatting with him, when I walk up to order he told me to wait and continue his conversation. F this place!!!

    HORRIBLE! I just left the place and the guy was so rude! I actually left without ordering anything. I asked him questions, and he pretended as though he didn't hear me. Talked over me and I left and will never go back. I made sure to come online and make this review. No one will ever get my money who treats me as a customer so rudely! Also it looked as if he took items that were already cooked and tried to refry them, ugh!

    usually this place is decent. we went with our son to the play area and when we left decided on pretzels and orangeade. the pretzels were less than warm (1st sign) i got sick that night and was reintroduced to my pretzel. my son and husband felt queasy but no ill effect like me. the fresh squeezed orange ade was so good we went back for more the next day. no food though. i think it just sucked cuz we went right at closing. they had lots of pretzels premade under heat lamps. prob sitting too long. the staff is always friendly and polite. if we try the food again during normal hours ill leave another review
